Dr. Karl Wilhelm is a respected advisor to many businesses, investment banking and private equity clients, providing guidance on IT strategy and intellectual property due diligence related to restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy and corporate spin-offs. Karl has over 20 years of experience in financial, economic and technology consulting, focusing on the key area of intellectual property.
Prior to joining LTA, Karl co-founded the SBIGroup, a major services firm focused on web applications and data technologies. He also founded the commercial systems division at SRA, a major government and defense contractor.
Karl holds a BS in Physics and Math from Ripon College, an MS in Physics from the University of North Dakota and a PhD from University of Virginia in Systems Engineering.
