Jim is an experienced information technology analyst and business leader, having founded and headed several organizations in the IT space. He devotes his intricate knowledge of both business operations and technology to strategy to helping clients implement right-fit solutions and practices.

Before joining LTA in 2009, Jim was President and COO of Enterpulse, a national information technology firm serving Fortune 100 companies, including Visa, American Airlines, Aflac, CIT and AT&T. Prior to Enterpulse, Jim was CEO and President of the performance management and IT division of SBI, which was eventually sold to Enterpulse with his assistance. During Jim’s tenure, the company acquired more than 20 companies, creating an organization that stretched across US, Europe and Japan, with more than $400 million in revenue.

Jim has also served as the founder and executive of startup technology firm Emerald Solutions and as a senior account executive at EDS, the Dallas-based public outsourcing firm. At Emerald, he focused on establishing a consulting practice for CPM, then in its infancy.

Jim lives in Nazareth, PA with his wife of 23 years, Lisa, and their two children, Emilia and Evan.

  • Evaluated acquisition candidates and led integration activities for acquired entities into SBI.
  • Grew SBI into four new IT consulting markets: interactive marketing services, CPM, mid-market enterprise resource management services and analytics software.
  • Provided advanced technology services and account management for a large telecommunications client.
